A global investment and holding business, Tropical General Investments (TGI) Group, has a variety of interests and investments in growing economies in Asia, the Middle East, and Africa. Young professionals have the chance to expand their knowledge, develop the necessary leadership skills, and realise their career goals through the Young Professionals Programme (YPP), a talent development programme. After a rigorous six-week induction exercise, successful applicants will have the chance to work across the different businesses within the TGI Group following completion of the programme.

Requirements for Tropical General Investments Group & Young Professionals Program For Young Nigerian Graduates
Engineering, Social Sciences, Agriculture, Sciences, or other fields as appropriate to the business world, B.Sc./HND
2 years minimum of related work experience
Certification in a professional field is advantageous
All pertinent information about applicants should be included in CVs.
Candidates must have finished their NYSC.
Interested internal and outside candidates are welcome to apply
Responsibilities
The YPP is a component of our talent pipeline strategy and gives seasoned applicants the chance to expand their knowledge and develop the necessary skills for upcoming managing and leadership jobs.
The six-month programme is meant to include cross-functional and cross-business rotation, practical knowledge and project activities.
