Submissions for spoken word and poetry are now open

Are you a poet who wants to perform spoken word? Are you a seasoned author trying out novel approaches to attract your readers? The Commonwealth Foundation is accepting written poetry submissions as well as, for the first time, spoken-word poetry videos.

The purpose of this call for entries is to examine the various traditions and forms of poetry.
eligibility
Poets and spoken word performers who write and perform on their own or in groups are welcome to submit to this invitation.
Each writer or collective is limited to one contribution.
All Commonwealth citizens who are at least 18 years old are eligible for this chance.
Young authors and authors from nations with less publishing options are encouraged to submit.
Entries must be unpublished and original.
If your writing has already been submitted somewhere else and has been accepted for publication, let them know right away.
Note: Work that has already been published, in whole or in part, whether in print or online.
Guidelines
They accept English-language submissions as well as translations from any language into English for poetry on the page.
They will publish both the original work and its English translation if a translated piece is chosen.
For spoken word, they accept work in oral or mother tongues as long as it has English subtitles or a word document with an English translation.
