  • Offers to work as a Senior Development Program Specialist (Localization) under contract are being sought from eligible Ugandans by USAID/Uganda.

  • Salary range: FSN-12 (UGX 219,900,268 to 324,611,127 annually). Offers must be made in the manner specified in Section IV of the solicitation document and must contain the following:

  • A cover letter outlining your qualifications and stating that you meet the minimal standards should be sent to the USAID Supervisory Executive Officer.

  • filled-out résumé or curriculum vitae following the guidelines in the request for proposals.

  • Additional [different] document that addresses each QRF in detail as described in the request for proposals.

  • copies of the transcripts from school.

  • Offers must be sent by email to [email protected] by November 13, 2023, at 4:45 PM local time, at the latest.

  • Submissions must be in Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) format. Other file formats won’t be allowed. Every document needs to be scanned into a single document (one (1) ATTACHMENT), with a maximum file size of 10MB.
