Function of Job

  • To take part in and finish the approved field of expertise learnership programme.

Programme

  • A theoretical component related to a NQF Learnership curriculum and practical on-site job experience will be provided during the 12-month programme to help entry-level learners enhance their abilities and performance at work. It offers the fundamentals of reading, numeracy, communication, computing, and fundamentals of business.

  • It is appropriate for individuals with a Grade 12 diploma to build critical professional skills. In order to boost managers’ and departments’ overall effectiveness during the practical component, learners will offer administrative support. This will help them become ready for the workforce.

  • Entrepreneurship, business operations, customer service, business accounting, math literacy, communication skills, and computer skills will all be covered in the theoretical portion.

Formal Instruction

  • High school diploma or an equivalent
