Bursary Programme 2024 from Mobile Telecommunication Company (MTC) for young Namibians

With more than 2,500,000 active users, Mobile Telecommunications Limited is Namibia’s top telecom provider. Currently, MTC covers all of Namibia’s major towns and reaches an estimated 95% of the population.

Requirements

  • Namibian nationality

  • Enrollment in a tertiary institution inside the SADC that is accredited

  • Addressing primarily students in their second, third, and fourth years

  • During the 2023 academic year, the average grade point average was over 70%.

  • Suitable programmes:

  • Two years degree in accounting

  • Two years Logistics and supply chain management bachelor’s degree.

  • Third or fourth year degree of bachelor of laws

  • Year three 3rd or 4th year of a data science bachelor’s degree degree in accounting

Bursary’s Purpose

  • Within the parameters of the MTC Bursary Programme, everyone is included.

  • The following people must receive a written letter of motivation, a thorough CV, and academic transcripts:

  • Applicants from previously underrepresented groups in Namibia who require financial support and have a high academic record are encouraged to submit an application.
